One of my favorite atheist sites is God is Imaginary. I don’t think an honest, open believer could go through all 50 proofs and not have doubts about God.

The people who created this website are also responsible for http://www.whywontgodhealamputees.com, which is a very nice expansion on the 50 proofs above, in a sort of e-book format of 25 highly crosslinked chapters.
It’s a bit time consuming to go through, but it is a really worthwhile read. I was a recently-realized atheist at the time I found the website, but I didn’t start using that word to describe myself until after I finished it.
