I used to think that pre-destination was the only way.. that everything that happened was "for a reason" no matter how..unjust or horrible it was.. I read "God of the possible" it leans more towards open theism, which is quite freeing. I believe that God doesn't plan things before time, because, in order for love to be genuine, it has to be chosen freely. Otherwise, it wouldnt be real.
