PZ Myers autographs the body of Jesus

Recently, God was pleased to allow PZ Myers autograph the body of his son, Jesus, pretending to be a cracker:

Although God was not available for comment, one of his followers, Johnny, said, “Oh, God’s really pleased with this whole thing. He’s been following PZ for a while, and really enjoys his blog. It’s an honor to have him sign the cracker of Jesus.”

  1. LOL! This is going to get interesting! Where’s the popcorn?

  2. Countdown to the Jesusbots freaking out and screaming that PZ would NEVER dare do anything sacrilegious to any Islamic icons in 3…2…1…

  3. That’s almost as good as Richard Dawkins signing a banana.

  4. I’m not commenting on this post, but your blog…
    THANK YOU!!
I will be back to read more.
My husband and I are currently detoxing from christianity. It is a lonely road for us. We are surrounded by believers.
My husband also worked for a church. The thing we just keep asking ourselves is “how were we blinded for so long?” We’ve got some ideas. That makes it hard to keep quiet.
    Anyway…thanks. Good thoughts here.

  5. “Recently, God was pleased to allow PZ Myers [to] autograph the body of his son, Jesus, pretending to be a cracker”

Grammatically, the words “pretending to be a cracker” could apply either to Jesus or PZ Myers without losing accuracy either way!
