Outstanding video. Thanks.
I’ve come across your blog before, but, unfortunately for me, haven’t made it a regular stop. I’ve added you to my blogroll as a reminder to myself to come in more often. You’ve got some good stuff here. I look forward to getting more familiar with it.
Awesome!
This blog is awesome!
I love waking up in the morning and reading my favourite stuff!
:D
Ha ha ha, this is great.
I have to say, that was a funny video. But that’s the things used to be, sort of. It just reminds me of something an atheist told me once. That the notion of believing in god is something that came about because things happened that no one could explain. It must be a higher power. As time has gone by and we as a species learned more, and the further from religion poeple strayed. That box gets bigger and bigger, the more we find out and learn.
Was that a real, true video of what really, truly happened years ago?
@gamingguy;
The really funny part about that story is that even before I started my path of enlightenment, I would debate devout christians about varius topics. They would usually deny that the crusades and the inquisition ever happened. Very ignorant.
That’s exactly it. It’s not confusing why people believed in religion two thousand years ago, when the Earth was still flat. It’s also, to me at least, not that confusing why there’s the mindset of religion being absolute truth. It has massive potential for control and brainwashing, which was used to it’s fullest potential in the middle ages, where the Church controlled everything basically. Now, we still have that attitude, but there’s evidence to refute it’s claims. I just wonder why now that we have the scientific method, people still insist on denying the tests and research.
Well, I suppose it’s easier than denying the holocaust. There aren’t any eyewitnesses to the Crusades anymore.
Good point
