    Ramen.

  2. There’s a cultist in this video.

  3. I just fear 1000 years from now, people will really believe the FSM is true. They will not realize, just like Islam, FSM was created as a joke by a horny middle aged man hoping to get laid.

  4. “I think anything that is believed should be taught,” its a sad day for science. What’s even worse is that FSM chose “Intelligent Falling” because it is the most ridiculous pseudo-scientific proposal imaginable and most people still don’t get the joke…

  5. I would say that the FSM, when lined up side by side the the Jesus guy at the end, stands up equally logically, and in some ways makes far more sense because He’s less cruel about the hole thing.

    RAmen

  6. May we all be touched by his noodly appendage!

  7. A good looking young woman in a short cut pirate costume does have a higher chance of gaining converts than a geek in a sandwich board an day.

Isn’t that what cults do? Send their attractive young brainwashees out to harvest more?

  8. Someone should make Michaelangelo’s statue into a World of Warcraft avatar.

  9. Wow, all you have to do is say Ramen and the pirate girl hugs you?

That is way better than anything any other religion has ever offered.

  10. I finished a four year degree at Ohio State last June and walked through The Oval countless times. I was handed many small Bibles but not once was I evangelized to by a Pastafarian. Not fair!

  11. I’ll assume people here know a lot about FSM, but as a recent atheist who knew nothing about it until now, I must say that the belief in the correlation between pirates and global warming is hilariously awesome.

I have respect for Pastafarian faith, but the Invisible Pink Unicorn (peace be upon her hooves) is the one true deity.

      • That’s blasphemy. It is not enough to “respect” the pastaferian religion. You have to destroy all other gods. You are not allowed to question. You must have faith. You will go to pasta hell, where there is no sauce or cheese FOR ETERNITY.

        • rodneyAnonymous

If you’re going to pretend to Pastafarianism, at least familiarize yourself with the Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. You’ve broken several Rather You Didn’ts and mischaracterized hell!

          • Maybe he’s starting a militant branch. How does the FSM deal with the zealots it picks up?

          • Need to research before I speak. However, I will not do that because I am now a FSM fundie and fundies do not research. It smacks too much of “facts” which are not required in this or any religion. Besides, it’s a slightly different denomination and we believe also in baptism in tomato sauce in infancy and again in adolescence.

  12. That one dude cracked me up, “I want my strippers to NOT have venereal diseases!”

  13. I have several comments / questions about this religion:

    1. I agree that it’s better for religion to fight gravity than evolution. Evolution is too easily demonstrated scientifically. But who’s to say that FSM isn’t holding us down with his noodly appendages? Prove to me that doesn’t happen. You can’t? That’s proof that FSM is god, and created the world.

    2. YOU MEAN FSM ISN’T ALREADY BEING TAUGHT IN UNIVERSITIES????

  14. And one more (FSM pressed the “post comment” key with a noodle – I wasn’t finished yet – guess he doesn’t know everything)

    3. Does Gore know about the link between pirates and global warming? I can respect a religion that is concerned about the environment.

    4. Do you have a list of local reputable FSM churches in my area?

    5. Why would FSM make pasta a relatively unhealthy food, as it is converted by the body into sugar? Is it because, unlike jesus, FSM does not want us eating his body? Doesn’t every good religion involve some form of cannibalism?

If you can address my questions and concerns, I would serious like to join the FSM church. Thanks for posting.

    • Guess that was 3 more. We pastaferians aren’t perfect, just saved.

      • Well, the reason we can’t digest pasta well is because of our un-fallen nature. Shorter, more fallen people, like midgets, can digest pasta better. Just look at all those Asians! Shorter and skinnier than most of us Westerners. Clearly, they are closer to the FSM.

        • So much to learn. It was easier when I believed that we were all fallen at birth.

          • lol
Take a look at http://www.venganza.org. I enjoy specially the hate-mail section

            • I checked out the hatemail section. Seems like FSM makes people VERY defensive. Just goes to show that they believe in our holy spaghetti guy up there, and are just running from the truth. (But seriously, some people actually think this is real and are upset about it???? Wow, it isn’t true that we are all created equal).

  15. She seems quite successful. I wonder if her charm, good looks, and excellent custom have anything to do with it.

I hope whatever she’s doing helps somebody realize that all preaching of supernatural stuff is not worth our time.

  16. Wow! We need this woman to come to Buffalo State College. You would not believe the influence of the team Jesus folks , especially in certain academic depts. If this keeps up, who knows? Will the science building be removed? I’m ready to convert, bring on the pasta! According to the (relatively unthinking) epidemic of ahem, Christianity that has infiltrated the minds of the ignorant, I’m already doomed because I don’t share their particular(gag) type of Christian belief. Wasn’t there this guy that got in trouble for not obeying the regs. of the supposedly pious fools some time ago? Wait! Let me think….ohhhh! He was around 33, bearded, olive skinned…….Ramen!

    • I will give you two (2) godless liberals for two (2) crazy right-wingers. We don’t have room for too many more, but we are accepting applicants to be on a short list. I can assure you they will feel right at home in OK!
