Not only can I not make out the lyrics, but it sounds like a muppet is singing. The voice reminds me of Fozzie Bear doing a high pitched female voice.
Yes, the voice is weird. It’s sort of metallic, as if the singer had a voice box implant and was singing through a watering can funnel.

Everything about that video is bad. The singing is awful, the ‘dancing’ (nuff said), and the video un-quality. Someone pinch me. I can’t imagine how the ‘young people’ in the church wouldn’t lol @ this.
